Tizne Tacomotora

Tizne Tacomotora is part of a new generation of taquerías in the city. Their intention: serve smoke tacos with unexpected and challenging combinations. Its menu has clear winks and tributes to the Mexican street food that can be seen in the technique and in the traditional smoked recipes put in an omelette. In all its dishes they incorporate the smoked, tatemado or soot flavor.

Tizne is the last state of smoking. Tacomotor a word game between taco and motorcycle by the cart in which they started, instead of generating power when turned on, it generates tacos. The undisputed protagonists? the pork belly taco, the tatemado avocado and the ice cream taco with burnt butter and toasted honey.
