Cafe Milou

There are restaurants that are considered “bistronomies” (bistrot + gastronomie). This trend is defined by a combination of several factors: they are places that offer good products, operate in a small space with a careful service, have a relaxed atmosphere and, mainly, a technique similar to that of haute cuisine. The phenomenon was born in France in the nineties but now it has become an important trend that places like Milou have adopted since day one.

Milou has the essence of a Parisian bistro where you can sit down for a coffee and a croissant or a glass of wine and spend the whole afternoon. We recommend the horse mackerel with haricots verts, dill, lemon, fried shank, and the salad with heirloom tomatoes on an herb pie with a goat cheese filling. You can find natural wine and biodynamic wine. On Sundays they have a brunch menu that starts at 10 am and ends at 4 pm. The Benedictine eggs with hollandaise sauce and cured salmon are an absolute hit.
