Founded in 1983 by Patricia Ortiz Monasterio and Jaime Riestra, the Galería OMR has been a setting for contemporary art shows, from both emerging and established artists.
As well as being the only collectors of the works of Adolfo Riestra, Luis Ortiz Monasterio, and Alberto Gironella, they are characterized for displaying works by new and avant-garde artists, who have come to be the most representative of Mexican contemporary art.
