MARSO

MARSO was founded in 2012 as an independent curatorial project; one year later, it transformed into a gallery that functions as a platform, with a venue in Mexico City for artists and curators from all over the world. Nowadays, they have a permanent space for exhibitions; they also represent thirteen artists and collaborate with more artists of varying nationalities and generations”.

As well as the regular exhibition program at the gallery, and constant participation on the international circuit of fairs and biennials, MARSO also publishes artist books, works with international institutions, houses artist studios, and has a residency program. The foundations of MARSO as a curatorial initiative paved the way for the gallery program and continue to inform its growth and trajectory.
